ECON 4016. Environmental and Natural Resource Economics 3 sem. hrs. Economic analysis of environmental and natural resources including land, air, and water. Special emphasis on the role of human values and economic institutions in resource exploitation. Topics covered include air and water pollution, energy, ocean resources, forestry practices, mineral resources, the population problem, and agriculture. Prereq: ECON 2003 and ECON 2004.
