Abstract
Currently the vast reservoirs of instructional material are designed to serve the student in the form of lecture, film or recordings. This factor coupled with the growing realization on behalf of educators of the unlimited value of television in the development of academic study has confronted the educational television pioneers with a grave obstacle -- that of the lack of organized material specifically prepared for the television medium. In answer to this problem, this work is offered.
