Abstract

There is nothing so important in the presence of an accident or emergency as that someone with coolness and information enough should take command and begin to set things right. Forewarned is forearmed, so the acquaintance with the principles of emergency treatments beforehand makes one able to act with the greatest intelligence and promptness.
