Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to make a survey of the cost of publishing a high school annual. In brief, the expenses, the income, various methods of handling financial matters, suggestions for cutting down expenses and increasing income are included. The facts are presented as given by the advisers and the reasons and explanations for the various plans and procedures are also set forth. The high school annual 1s primarily published by and for the -students. The publication or it as such is a definite problem, as the cost of the production, per book is more than the average student can afford to pay.
