Abstract

No study is possible except by the guidance of certain fixed principles. In a study of ed­ucation this is true more than in any other study, because there are so many viewpoints and so few fixed objectives. Modern education is based upon certain fixed principles deduced from present day life and placed upon a scientific basis.
