Abstract
As men we are concerned with everything that concerns man. Having to some degree satisfied our instincts on that score we commence to wonder how long it has concerned man. With this thought in mind we wonder if Primitive man was bound by any law. We say that there existed among primitive people a natural law. In the following pages we will attempt to prove that statement.
