Abstract
This research study is presented as a final project in fulfillment of the professional project to the College of Professional Studies and the graduate school of Marquette University. The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore the relevance between leadership programs and whether they are successful in creating sustainable leaders. The participants were certain employees of a Midwest manufacturer who had completed the newly implemented leadership program by their employer.
