Abstract
The purpose of this paper will be to study two key biblical concepts: temple and glory. to trace their development in the Old Testament and in the writings of St. John. Through this study the writer hopes to demonstrate that as St. John sees it, these two concepts which have their beginning in the abode of Yahweh in the Mosaic period reach their fullness and converge in the New Temple, the gloriously risen Christ.
