Abstract

If the Lutheran teaching principal is to produce effective leadership and guidance, maintain high standards in his school, assume the role of a classroom teacher, and at the same time, perform other parish duties well; then he must have adequate time to prepare and execute these various responsibilities. Could it be that some congregations require too many tasks of the principal without actually realizing it? Is it not also possible, that the individual principal does not efficiently budget the time at his disposal?
