Abstract

Does in-service education meet the needs of teachers and is it based on sound educational theory relating to change? Essentially, this is the question I seek to answer. Through an examination and analysis of the N.S.S.E. Year Book on in-service education and the current periodical literature, I hope to arrive at some conclusions.
