Abstract
The research question is: How do African students in U.S.A. perceive the process of their career and occupational choices? Using a case study approach, the study is intended to facilitate the process of understanding, by foreign student advisors, professors, educational planners, and those in the schooling-context, on how the African higher education student sees his career and occupational goals.
