Abstract
Management games have gained popularity as training devices permitting students to experience educationally beneficial failures without subjecting the company to ill effects. Since this educational tool is expensive, those using it should know if these games teach that which they are intended to teach. Such a validation investigation of management games will be the subject of this essay.
