Abstract

The purpose of this experimental study was to determine the effectiveness of teaching principles of group discussion technique directed toward the solution of a problem to a class of eighth grade girls . The theory was supplemented with ten carefully guided practice periods . The research was designed to record the reactions on the individual members and to test whether or not the training developed leadership .
