Abstract
The purpose of this essay is to sketch a model for designing staff development programs that leads to the realization of professional potential for teachers and renewal for Loyola Public School. The basic foundation for this essay is the results of a survey conducted by a committee in 1986, set up to evaluate Loyola Public School.
