Abstract
In this play the author has endeavored to adhere as closely as possible to historic data, but in a few instances found it necessary to deviate a little. The play is partially based on the two novels, "An American Woman," by Reverend L. Feeney, S.J., and "As the Morning Rising," by Sigrid Van Sweringen.
