Abstract
The purpose of this thesis was to evaluate the Graduate Training Program for engineers at the Allis-Chalmers Manufacturing Company, from its initial stages up to the present time.
It is hoped that the discussion of this problem will be beneficial to the Company as well as to colleges and universities in the future determination of their curricular patterns for industrial engineering.
