Abstract
This survey of educational radio broadcasts for 1945 seeks to focus the attention of the educator and the broadcaster on what actually was done over this medium for the improving of intellectual standards in Midwestern United States. It seeks to evaluate these offerings in the light of criteria for true education, and finally, it aims to show what could be sent out to listeners if educational radio were a carefully planned and regulated system.
