This study is conducted to deal with the practical implementation of theoretical principles. Data regarding Wisconsin schools for pre and early adolescents was necessary to carry out this function. Special tribute is therefore paid to the administrators of those schools who participated in the survey. Their interest and willing support are evidenced in the response and information they provided for this study.
