Self Care for the Colostomate : a Handbook of Common Colostomy Problems - Causes, Prevention, and Treatment
Abstract
Colostomy problems, their causes, prevention, and treatments are presented. Common physical, psychological, sociological and informational problems are addressed. A survey of research, literature and clinical experience gained from six (6) years practice as a certified specialist in ostomy care was used in the development of the material.
