Abstract

Most of the electrical conductivity measurement of yttria stabilized zirconia undertaken in the past years were made on fully stabilized zirconia which contains more than 8 mole% Y203. The purpose of the present work is to obtain the information on the electrical conductivities of 3,4,6 and 8 mole% Y203 yttria stabilized zirconia.
