Abstract

The purpose of this in vitro study was to determine the effects of Photodynamic Antimicrobial Chemotherapy (PACT) on the viability of E. faecalis biofilms grown on tissue culture, polystyrene plates with a direct in situ approach, testing two different times of LED light exposure, with and without the use of methylene blue (37.4μg/ml) as a PA.
