Abstract
Dr. Kanoti is an associate professor of Christian Ethics at John Carroll University, Cleveland, Ohio. He has published numerous articles on ethical topics, moral theology and psychology. In this paper, he describes the history and development of psychosurgery and projects some ethical considerations for the future.
