Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to compare the news of the front pages of the Milwaukee Sentinel, a conservative Republican morning paper and the Milwaukee Leader, a Socialistic evening paper. The comparison is made as to scope and content. As would be expected of two papers holding such widely divergent political views, the type of news which each feature offers little comparison. It is rather a contrast.
