Abstract
The thought expressed in the lines above written by Henry Van Dyke, contain the essence of guidance and counsel. To obtain this end educators have become aware of the fact that it is necessary to counsel students throughout their school career in order that they may be aided in finding a vocation in which they can best serve humanity and also be happy. The changes in economic life have increased the need of trustworthy information, in an effort to aid a student to equip himself properly tor his lite work.
