Abstract

There is no event in this world which has not had its beginning, no matter how important or how insignificant when it began, and, with this beginning a development followed making this event more important or more trivial. In Politics, in Art, in the very civilization there has always been one great leader in whom an idea had its birth. And, successors carried on its development.
