Abstract
In writing this thesis I have attempted to describe the organization and work of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers in all its branches; to cull from various sources the essentials which should be the possession of every officer, committee chairman, or committee member in every office, committee chairman, or committee member in every association; and to evaluate the efforts of this group which, starting with the enlightenment of mothers as to the value of kindergarten work for their little children, now considers all child welfare projects as its fielk.
