Abstract
The dissertation is closely confined to an analysis of the reorganization methods, their history, causes and purposes, and gives the recent examples that are necessary to give a clear understanding of the problem. Data which has been incorporated into this thesis is the latest available, at the time of writing. The effect on the security holder is shown by the given purposes, and also by the examples and information st forth in the examination of the different types of plans used under the reorganization methods in each specific case.
