Abstract
The Purpose, Procedure and Scope of the Study PURPOSE. The purpose of this study is to present to the teachers of the primary and elementary grades a social study course which will attempt to give them definite help by means of (1) organized units' (2) time allotment; (3) teacher and pupil references; (4) suggested activities; (5) laboratory equipment; and (6) sources of illustrative material.
