Abstract
One of the most significant conditions of modern life is that people are constantly brought in contact with each other. In the home, in recreation, in the political, or the business world, one is ever confronted with the need to carry on enterprises and work out solutions to Problems with other people. This fact points out an insistent demand for the abilities involved in real cooperation. Success in such cooperative enterprises involves the practice of habits of willing, sharing of responsibility, intelligent tolerance of others' ideas, appreciation of others' abilities and contributions, helpfulness, and leadership. How, then, are these virtues to be instilled and fostered in man to make him an intelligent and useful citizen?
