Abstract
The following material consists of: first, a historical introduction' to the subject, leading from the development of the general plan to the more specific study of this same arrangement as it is used in the state of Wisconsin; nest, a series of different types of class-room work on the subject; and lastly, some suggestive school-room games designed to increase the class interest by supplementing quick effective drills.
