Abstract

The important element in remedial strategy is the reduction of the necessity for it. Prevent more, so as to have to cure less! In all learning and especially in the processes of arithmetic, our attack must be based upon a four-fold basis. Each is affected by the other three. Initial learning, maintenance, measurement and remedial work are the four components of efficiency. before remedial work can be carried out efficient testing must be done.
