Abstract
During the past two decades methods in biological technique have been constantly improved and perfected. However, the choice of a universally satisfactory dehydrating and infiltrating agent has been much debated and various well known authorities in the field of biological technique have left this problem unsolved to the complete satisfaction of all concerned.
