Abstract
Since November 1,1922 the rubber consuming world has become subject to the influence of the British Rubber Restriction Act. The result has been that the price of crude rubber advanced from fifteen cents per pound to as high ae $1.23,although the intention of the framers of the Act was to stabilize the price t thirty-seven cents.
