Abstract
The mono, di, and triglycerides have many uses in industry; each of these glycerides has a specific purpose, if not directly, then as an intermediary compound .in the synthesis of a glycerol derivative. In order to obtain the highest efficiency in a synthesis, or as a matter of fact, in any phase of chemistry, the production of a homogeneous result demands the use of pure uniform constituents.
