Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is not to condemn motion pictures. The writer realizes the important role the films play in educational, social and recreational life today. But because all pictures are not suitable for child audiences (nor does the writer believe that motion pictures should be produced only on child level) the writer in the course of this study will recommend some specific form of regulation of motion pictures for the vast child audience.
