Abstract
Wisconsin, a north central State of the United States is popularly called the Badger State. It is bounded on the north by Lake Superior and Upper Michigan, south by Illinois, and West by Iowa and Minnesota. This territory has a length of 320 miles and a breadth at its widest part of 295 miles. The area is 56,000 square miles, which includes 1,590 square miles of water surface.
