Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to present a history of the Tennessee Valley Authority. The history of the Tennessee Valley Authority affords an interesting topic for investigation, since it contains one of the most important recent decisions handed down by the Supreme Court or the United States on the question of constitutionality of a federal project. Herein is found a history that dates back to the history of the Valley and proceeds to the present date.
This project may be a keynote in governmental works yet to come and for that reason it is of foremost importance.
