Abstract
There is a need in our Juvenile Courts of today for women referees to handle the cases of all girl delinquents; a need for women who possess an understanding of the problems, temptations and weaknesses of young girls; women who are sympathetic and kind, yet not of a fawning nature; women with foresight and vision which will enable and assist them in making proper and suitable treatment and disposition of girl problems.
