Abstract
Some years ago Disraeli said: "The social question of today is only a zephyr which rustles the leaves, but will soon become a hurricane." One might add that it is a dull ear that cannot hear the mutterings of the coming storm. Some men of the present day have made themselves so ridiculous and such nuisances to reasonable men that the storm in all its fury must inevitably break above their heads.
