Abstract
Because of the complex, innate structural differences in animal tissues, it is difficult to name any one reagent or method as universally superior for dehydration and infiltration in micro-technique. Certain reagents have proved superior in preparing particular tissues for micro-scopical study. However, caution must be used in making such claims.
