Abstract
This work was performed with the intention of devising a method for the electro-dialytlc separation of electrolytes and colloids which provides for the continuous flow of sol and dialysate during the process.
The facts which were instrumental in directing the author's attention to this problem are: (1) The lack of a simple and efficient apparatus for electrodialysis, and (2) the wide range of possibilities for the application of such a device.
