Abstract

The aims of this thesis are four-fold:

  1. To determine the apparent proteolytic activity of normal urine from day to day.
  2. To determine the apparent proteolytic activity of a sample of 8-12 hours after emission.
  3. To determine whether the ether extracts of normal urine possess apparent proteolytic activity.
  4. To determine the effect of hyaluronidase on the viscosity of gelatin.
