Abstract
Work was undertaken to confirm the results reported by W.y. Wagner and J.A. Wuellner in Analytical Chemistry, 24, 1031 (1952) for the gravimetric determination of barium by homogeneous precipitation with sulfamic acid, to determine the effects produced by slight modifications in procedure, and to investigate the feasibility of separating mixtures of barium and calcium by this method.
