The Department of Biological Sciences is a subset of the College of Health Sciences. The faculty within the department strive to “provide students with a model for critical thinking.” They achieve this goal by teaching students to “observe, evaluate and solve problems.” The department offers undergraduate majors in: biological sciences, biochemistry and molecular biology, and physiological sciences.
