Abstract
Saint Paul tells us: "When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned as a child; when I became an adult, I put an end to childish ways." (1Corinthians 13:11) A child is instructed very carefully and specifically on what to do, or not to do. For the child, "morality" consists in following these instructions, or in choosing to ignore them. Once we move beyond childhood, instruction is not enough. Beyond childhood, we are responsible for our own decisions, and the lifestyle that helps or hinders our ability to make good decisions, decisions that empower us to continue growing in goodness...
