Abstract
In order to approach chiral recognition mechanism and to expand analytical applications of enantiomeric interactions, in Chapter 1, a group of over 15 pairs of chiral ionic liquids which have the potential to be chiral selector or the potential to provide chiral environment were synthesized with simple metathesis method and investigated their structure, stability, solvent behavior and potential chiral selectivity ability thoroughly with different methods. In Chapter 2, a novel method based on Near-Infrared spectroscopy was developed for the dire6t determination of CMC values of various surfactants in ionic liquids and other solvents. And in Chapter 3, a new method based on UV-vis for mechanism study of chiral interaction was developed and the results obtained were applied to Capillary Electrophoresis for chiral separation of tBuCQN and DNB-Leu.
