Cognitive styles have been the subjects of a great deal of recent research, This research has been focused primarily on two areas, The first of these areas, and that which has received the greatest emphasis, was the identification of and definition of various cognitive styles, The second area, less clearly defined in recent research literature, has dealt with the interaction of cognitive styles and specific teaching strategies, This study is concentrated on the first of these areas in an attempt to clarify the relationships between certain cognitive styles that have been defined in the literature...
