Abstract
The purpose of the study was: One, to investigate the relationship that exists between satisfaction obtained from interpersonal relations and opinion about the following participative component processes of management by objectives: (a) joint identification of the areas of job responsibility (b) joint establishment of goals to be achieved by the subordinate (c) joint determination of goal attainment by the subordinate during and at the end of an evaluation period Two, to investigate the relationship that exists between disposition toward participation of an interpersonal nature between superordinate and subordinate and opinion about the following participative component processes of management by objectives: (a) joint identification of the areas of job responsibility (b) joint establishment of goals to be achieved by the subordinate (c) joint determination of goal attainment by the subordinate during and at the end of an evaluation period Three, to determine whether required participation in an established management by objectives program influences the relationships in one and two above.
