Abstract
In today's large and complex societal, guidelines are a sure necessity. No matter What culture or system the administrator finds himself or herself in, rules and procedures are notably present. The educational World is certainly no exception. With so many concerns regarding curriculum, salary, evaluation, scheduling, grading, legalities, philosophies, behavior, professionalism, and so on, the administrator needs to either be God to understand and remember everything or simply have a handbook. Because the latter is much easier than the former, most schools have therefore adopted handbooks as their avenue to explain and define their infinite policies and procedures.
