Abstract

Today the businessman's dependence on the creativity of each employee is crucial. The economic and social climate is changing so fast that many firms cannot advance or even survive without the proper development of its creative effort. Mr. B.E. Bensinger, board chairman of the Brunswick Corporation stated, "We must develop, produce, and market more products at a fair profit, and to do this must encourage the best creative effort underline mine of people who are handling each aspect of our business, design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing."¹
